On September 12, 2012 I posted an inquiry to this website. Here is the original link. This was 18 days before my daughter was born. Since the time that I've last visited and posted on this forum, I have had an immense amount of spiritual growth. I've grown into my own shoes so to speak. Back in the days before my daughter was born, I had no idea where the next few years would take me, and at the time, I was residing Phoenix, Arizona. Today I write to you from Grafenwohr, Germany. On the 23rd of February 2014 I enlisted as a Soldier in the United States Army. Every night through my Basic Combat Training I would lay there thinking about how with passing day, I felt more synchronized with myself. I felt that the more I became a Soldier in this life, the more I was beginning to understand myself, and where my place in this world was. By no means am I only meant to be a soldier in this life, however... this is a part of myself that I needed to understand more. In mid-August of 2014, orders came down that my first duty station in the Army was going to be in the Grafenwohr training area. I was ecstatic to read those lines, and even more excited when I'd had the chance to read up on the history of the Rose Barracks/ Grafenwohr area. I write to the people of this forum today with both an offer, and a question. I'll begin with my offer to you all. In the time that I've been here, I've had the opportunity visit the site of the Nuremburg Trials;the Palace of Justice, and The Nazi Party Rally Grounds in Nuremburg. I have plans to visit The Wewelsburg Castle, which is about a 12 hour train ride from where I currently reside, as well as the Externsteine site which is some 30 miles away from the Castle. Needless to say there are many opportunities for side missions. My offer to the people of this forum, is to visit and document (photograph, video, whatever you might prefer)my visitations for you to any Nazi locations throughout Germany. I will be residing in Bavaria for the next 2 years, and the people of this forum seem very well versed in the history that we all have shared. If you have any places you'd like to come a step closer to visiting, please, reach out to me and I will visit these places for you if they are within reasonable traveling distances. Now granted, you may argue that, I haven't visited this forum in two years, so what makes me reliable? Well, my rebuttal to such forum banter, is that two years ago I woke up to this past, and I was in no place to offer any sort of relevant input. Now, two years forward from that, I'm in a once in a lifetime position to travel the lands my soul, and your's as well, once called home. I'll be checking this forum much more frequently now, and if I'm permitted to by the rules of this forum( I'm not sure if I can?), I'll post my email so that those who are interested in my offer can approach me directly with requests. Now the question I have for the forum. If anyone is familiar with the Bavarian region of Germany, which from what I've gathered, is considered to be the birthplace of the Nazi party, could you recommend any perhaps low key or lesser known historical sites? Of course the big easy is Nuremburg, however there are dozens of villages located around the Military Installation that I live on, and I was just hoping that someone on here might have some recommended sites to check out in or around the Grafenwohr/ Vilseck area? Also, anything related to the occult side of the Nazi's would be a top priority for me to check out, so if anyone has recommendations on that, I'd be fascinated to hear from you!
I wish you all well, and I cannot wait to hear from you!
