Hey something good that has been while Mercury has been preparing for its' retrograde (scary to think that it's not even there yet, eh? ) is that past life recollections have been popping up spontaneously. So I think that I shall start actively trying to meditate on my past lives again to see what comes up. Sincerely, Laurasia

The shadow has profound effects on us, especially at a time when it's closer to the real deal! And yes accessing past life memories is easier to do at this time too One good thing about it!

I had a dream the other night which I believe was related to one of my past lives as either a monk or a priest. Unfortunately, all was lost when I woke up! Of course, I keep several journals next to my bed and I do not get to write a thing down. How frustrating.

Oh how fun Laurasia! Tucker unfortunately yes And the kinks are still being worked out for a few weeks after. Where abouts are you heading to? Mercury is in its shadow and the effects are strong and we had a very good mini trip to Niagara Falls. Just a few minor mishaps but nothing serious. A few years ago I took my daughter to San Diego while Mercury was in retrograde (what was I thinking?) and of course our luggage got lost but we recovered it right away. Good trip other than that, other than a few other mishaps LOL. Funny about the laptop, things like that will happen. Messages will be mixed and this is why I a waiting at the end of September when the kinks are out to start book #3. I am headed to Seattle, Washington for a convention that means the world to me, so hopefully I don't lose my luggage- that would be disastrous! Good thing you managed to get yours back, though.

Miss Bothmann, hang in there. Our memories will come strong but I strongly sense you will have an easier time remembering after you wake up once Mercury goes direct on the 12th. You will also be able to make more sense of your past lives as well and find out why they have been coming to you. Our thought processes are not that strong right now.
Tucker, best of luck with the convention and focus on enjoying it! Don't worry too much about losing your luggage. The incidence is higher, yes but it does not mean it will happen either. And thankfully I got mine back!

Thanks , miriam, for your kind words. I hope that you are right. It is so frustrating to be on the very brink of remembering something....then nothing happens.

Well, well, well......Today is the day, August 20th, Happy Retrograde Mercury! Unfortunately I was the one who got the present. I awoke this morning to discover that my television speakers no longer work! Thank you very much, Mercury! Sincerely, Laurasia

Miss Bothmann, When Mercury is direct you will have an easier time not just remembering your dreams BUT remembering them from this time AND be able to write it down more. Laurasia, good grief about the speakers! Some important software on my computer which was working before just stopped working too! UGH. I have not had an easy time of it either. Lets see, yesterday morning being the official start, I woke up with a terribly sore throat and sinuses.. went to the dr and I do have an infection, he prescribed something and faxed it to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and it was busy, and since so was I, I decided to come back later to pick it up. When I went there, get this one.. they had LOST my prescription!! It needed to be re-faxed and I still got it in the end, but this is the first time a pharmacy loses my prescription. Then tonight my husband and I had a night out and the babysitter was supposed to come at 6. When it was 6:15 she was not there so I called her and she said she had TOTALLY forgotten about it. I was not happy! She ended up coming at 7, so at least we got a nice dinner in, but our evening was cut short because of the weather all of a sudden turning bad!! UGH! So Mercury, thanks!

Laurasia, I feel so bad about your speakers. Maybe you will be able to repair it for a cheap price. Miriam...Oh my gosh! When it rains it pours, eh? My jaw just dropped when I read that the pharmacy actually LOST your prescription! I would have been seriously upset with that one, I can tell you, and I probably would have said quite a few things that I would have regretted later. I guess the important thing is that you were able to get the medication that you needed. I hope you feel better, hon. Also, I would be thinking about finding a back-up babysitter incase this one gets another brain fart. Perhaps a trusted neighbor or relative who wouldn't mind doing you a favor on short notice.

Mercury......not good, so not good. Bad, bad boy! Well a co-worker mentioned just hooking the back of the TV up to external speakers &..voila! Audio once more. Yeah right. My TV, which is an...oh, around 15-year-old 13-inch TV/VCR combo does not have the right type of hook ups in the back for such a set-up. So now I have to call around to some TV repair shops & get an esptimate on fixing the sets speakers. I mean everything else woks PERFECTLY on the TV, I'd hate to have to replace the whole thing just because the speakers are messed up. ~sigh~ Boy Miriam...Mercury's retrograde always seems to hit you hard. Maybe it's because of your background with astrology? Now I have had the dental ofice lose my dental x-rays before (even though the never would have even had to leave the space of TWO ROOMS! ), but I've never has the pharmacy lose my prescription. I would have been upset too. It's just been crazy! And I hope that you're feeling better now since being on your medication. You're always in my prayers, so expect some healing energy to come your way. Sincerely, Laurasia

Oh believe me I was MAD lol, I needed to walk out for a few minutes to let some steam off so I did not say anything but at least they got it and the drug is helping, thankfully! And right now I am interviewing back up babysitters which hopefully is the right thing to do considering Mercury and its condition... but heck why not LOL. Thanks so much for your well wishes. Hope you are having some more luck with remembering past life memories and documenting them!

Oh Laurasia I am so sorry to hear this, and while you should be recovering your wrist as much as you can you need to cover for someone!! Oh man that just sucks big time!! When you are home keep nursing it as much as you can. Don't worry about coming online so much right now! You need to take care of you. And I am so sorry to hear this about poor Axel, and I can imagine that field mice are a problem in your area. I really hope this issue can be resolved but not sure what can be done!! You are really having a bad time of it. And yeah Mercury in retro is not always so nice to me! Ugh not sure if it has to do with my background in astrology but I just know I don't get along really well with it LOL. Thank you so much for your healing energy as I am sending some your way. I am better now. And wow the dentist office lost your X-rays??? Dang that sounds so Mercury in retro. I guess you have not had a moment to look into your speaker issues huh? I have not heard back from the guy who is supposed to help me with this software either so I guess it just has to sit for a while. I have been quite busy otherwise, my daughter has no camp and school does not start for 2 weeks today... so keeping her occupied has been tiring. Can't wait for school to start LOL anyway just keep taking care of yourself!! So sorry to hear all of this.

Not yet! As a matter of fact, I was driving to work this morning and I ALMOST got a recollection. I have no idea from which past life it was stemming from, but I darn near got something. Right when it was about to come through, I lost it. UGH!! Maybe some other time I guess.

Hi Miriam. Oh Axel's issue was finally rectified...by a Victor mousetrap, the only one I'll use. Field mice, that occassionally do get in the house since we live so rurally, have never been a problem for Axel before now. Maybe they were females getting in or maybe the other males had just never found him to start fighting with him before that one did? Ugh, the TV speakers.....I got ahold of a TV repairman & he told me that it most likely isn't actually the speakers causing the problem, but rather a high voltage issue with the computer board inside of the set. He told me that, given the age of the TV & the extremely high cost of such a repair job, it would be in my best interest to just buy a new TV. That's not so bad I guess. What is so bad is that I CANNOT find a store around here that sells regular old console TVs anymore! They are all flat screens, which I hate & is not ideal for how my TV has to be set up because I need for my sattelite receiver to be sitting on top of it. That's not going to be possible with a flat screen TV. I was able to find one on Ebay (& the seller does have a 100% positive rating), so I am seriously thinking of just buying it from him. I have to figure out how much it is going to cost to ship a television set though! LOL! Hopefully you don't have any trouble fiding a good sitter, hon. Did you already have your little lady make the scrapbook (or journal?) of the family's recent trip to L.A.? Sincerely, Laurasia

Miss Bothmann, patience is not my virtue so I can sympathize! Hang tight it will come. I sense it will once Mercury goes direct.. only a few more weeks! Agh hang in there. Laurasia, horray for the Victor! And likely it was aggressive males coming in or horny females Either way I am glad to hear that Axel is okay and this is not an issue anymore. And you know what, about the tv... it seems like those old console tv's are pretty much obsolete But the good news is, flat screen tv's overall have come down in price. We waited to get ours until it was more reasonable. That is what is great about technology. It is really expensive when it comes out initially, but then in time, the price becomes relatively reasonable. However, as far as shipping a tv, ugh not sure how that will go. I don't buy from ebay that often but yes you have to find someone with the best rating! I am sure tv's and other large pieces of equipment get shipped often! It may not be that bad. Yeah we are still working on finding a sitter, I am very picky with who I will hire for babysitting. And my little girl has been very busy! She has been working on the scrapbook, has been getting some tutoring sessions to warm her up for grade 3 which starts on September 7th (before Mercury goes direct, oh gosh... don't like that) and we just took a trip to Michael's to get some cool craft stuff. She did a lot of painting and one of the items she chose to paint was.. a skull!!! And she was very enthusiastic about it. I asked her if she was looking forward to Halloween so early and she merely shrugged.. hmmm oh and she pained the skull black! Makes me wonder what that was about.
