How did you discover your past life?

Hi, I'm new to all this, having recently learned I might be a Holocaust victim. I'm curious as to how others discovered their past lives as either Nazis or victims? Did you just start getting messages/visions one day? Get psychic readings/past life regressions?

For me, I recently learned that my psychic development teacher had discovered through her dreams and guides that she died at Auschwitz and that many Holocaust victims (and it seems reincarnated Nazis) are reincarnated now and drawn to New Age spiritual development as a means of healing. This resonated with me and I wondered if I was a victim, since I've been shown that I've suffered alot in past lives, been victimized, that I carry tremendous sadness in my soul.

So, one day on a whim, I asked my pendulum if I died in the Holocaust in a past life and it said yes. So I went into a meditation to try to get info about this and was shown I was a Jewish male in France named Henri Rosner. Pendulum confirmed this info I received psychically. By google, I discovered there was a young boy named Henri Rosner that lived in Paris who was deported to Auschwitz. I asked pendulum point blank if I was that boy and it said yes.

I had a lot of, at the time, unrecognized clues about having lived a life as a Nazi from a young age. (Like my very uncharacteristic behaviors while visiting a Holocaust museum at age 10. You can read about that & more in my thread Memories of Hans Bothmann, Commandant of Chelmno.) However it wasn't until I was about 30 years old that i started to get actual recollections from my lifetime as Hans. Much of my knowledge about his life has come from spontaneous recollections, with validation coming through research of the things that I have recalled.

I also employ a pendulum to help me with validating things/figuring out in what directions I should search for validations. I have tried using automatic writing with Hans a couple of times, but it's rather difficult for him with the language barrier & his already atrocious handwriting. LOL! (I have been successful in using automatic writing while working with my Civil War lifetime though.)

Well... For a long time I had no idea of my past lives. When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with the Holocaust & camps especially. But it wasn't until when I was 30 (like Laurasia) where I started getting PL experiences - with a few exceptions, because in my early twenties or so I sometimes saw myself as a soldier in Russia, far away from home, things exploding around me. But that was it.

The shift happen when I learned an advanced technique of meditation. A few days after that I started experiencing a Russian past life which happened in the 19th Century. This explained my long time fascination of the Russian Empire and the Tsars (and the resentment towards the Bolsheviks as if they destroyed everything). That went on for a year, and I had many historically verified experiences of that life.

Then suddenly I started seeing a newer life time, which I felt was happening starting in the 1920's and forward on... I wrote most of it down. In general, my experiences are vivid and emotional. Seeing something going on as well all my thoughts and feelings and perceptions, which might be different from me now (they mostly are as I am a different person and male). There are sounds and smells and "vibes" etc. It can be overwhelming. A movie is pretty bland in comparison, it appears as being "acting and a setup".

Laurasia, do you do anything fancy to ask the pendulum to confirm details? Or is it more like you get a vision or information psychically and simply ask it if that was true? E.g. when I got the name for me "Henri Rosner", I just asked the pendulum, "in the past life where I died in the Holocaust, was my name Henri Rosner?"

You can do automatic writing with Hans?? How does that work - I mean, you are the same soul. Is there some aspect of him out there somewhere? What??!! Mind=blown

Dreams were my first clue. From when I was 3 years old. My first nightmares. Forgive me if I do not post about it here on the open forum. I will post about them again on my link on the members only board, because I think I deleted my first steps on this journey posts.

Well I would first get my spontaneous recollections, so I guess you could say that I get the information "psychically" to begin with. Then I would start researching things based on what I have recalled. If I hit a point where there is more than one option or I'm not sure of which direction to go in I consult with Hans via my pendulum. I also ask for questions to be answered multiple times, as well as state the questions in different ways at different times during a given session, in order to be sure that I always get the same response to each question.

Well, as I mentioned before, Hans has quite a bit of trouble communicated in that way. But I have used automatic writing with him before & I've used it to communicate with other former lifetimes as well. It's basically the same thing as communicating with them via the pendulum. The main difference is that with automatic writing they can offer more than yes & no answers.

When I use my pendulum I am also communicating with Hans - or whichever former lifetime I am working with during a given session. I charge up my pendulum, set up my shields, & call on my spirit guide(s) to bring the energy of a given lifetime forward in order to communicate through the pendulum. I'm not exactly sure of how it works, but I think the fact that we are parts of the same soul makes it easier for those particular energies to interact with me.

I do suspect that I've left something of Hans in a field somewhere in Poland though. It may just be a residual energy, opposed to an intelligent energy; but I'm sure that there is at least an echo of him there somewhere.
