I know this is not really a "site" issue per se, however in order for SR to get out there more is for me to run a social media campaign of some sort and I am very happy to do it. Now we may be too niche in regards to Nazi/Victim PL so my idea was to target anyone interested in anything past life related so... those who fall into this category will definitely join. After vacation I will get this going. I will create the following for SR-
Facebook like page
Twitter
Google Plus
Klout - for additional networking and to see how the campaign is doing, not going to take the score overly seriously though!
However I feel this is a great way to get the word out even more! What do you think?

Hi Miriam. Wow! This would be great. We do have a sub-forum for members to discuss their past lives that are not related to WWII/Holocaust so that shouldn't be a problem, as long as it is made clear that the main focus of the site is healing for people with WWII/Holocaust past lives. As you know my own computer (with it's dial-up connection) is unable to access 3 of those 4 sites that you mentioned so I have always been unable to do this type of thing. I have always wanted to get the word out about the forum more though. I absolutely appreciate the offer, but are you sure that you want to do this with how busy you are, hon? I know that a social media campaign is a lot of work & I wouldn't want you to take something like this on if it is going to take time away from your business & all of the other things that you're working on. Oh absolutely! Listen I want to see this happen and yes, it will be a very light campaign which will not take much time and meaning that at best the score would hit about 50 for this LOL. However a light campaign in the end could get big on its own... I really do want to help out with this and no worries about the time!

Hi! Publicity is always a good idea!  But I think it would be best to stay on the topic. Yes, there is a sub board for other past lives. But since majority of posts and members' past lives are WW2 related, I feel it would be making everyone a favor by making clear what this place is about. The concept of reincarnation is becoming increasingly popular, and it sure would generate more traffic to speak in general, but someone might not be prepared for what they are gonna find here. I just think it's better to be clear about the topic. Which of course can include "general" as well. All the best Demi |

I will obviously not change what it is, however all I am saying is that I need to target a wider audience that is interested in reincarnation in general, so this way.. those who are genuinely interested have a higher chance of joining. With social media, you need to target a large number of people who have an interest in something you are blasting out.. and those who are genuinely interested will be receptive. I am still on holiday but will start creating something next week. |

I think that giving the site more exposure in social media would be a good idea. Hopefully this will draw more interested people to come here and join in on our discussions. I am in favor of more emphasis on general past life discussions, as I remember many other past lives myself. I agree that we can expand the board to a broader spectrum, and still maintain the theme of WWII/Holocaust healing.
