Hello everyone.

So there have been some issues with members feeling as though the Member's Only board isn't secure enough for what they want to share. So I have created this thread for all of you to give me some ideas of how you would try making the Member's Only board "secure enough".

I already have access to it limited to only those who are registered members of the forum, any other ideas for how to improve upon this?

As I write this it is saying that there are 3 guest online and an invisible user, ( me). The 3 guests are showing up as reading the members only board and I don't understand how this is possible? Can a guest who has perhaps got hold of the password somehow get onto the board without being registered? Or is this a glitch? Or just the NSA snooping, lol

Hi Storm.

No, guests cannot access the content of the Member's Only board. It could be that a guest clicked on the link for that board in order to try & view it, but they would only receive a message telling them that have to be a registered member in order to access it.

And even if an unregistered est SOMEHOW got the password for that board the would not be able to access it since they would first have to be a registered member to even try putting the password in.

So rest assured even if someone were trying to view the content of that board, they are unable to do so.
