Alright I'm not very good at introductions, but I figured it would be impolite to not introduce myself!
My name is Maxie, which was a nickname given to me back in the 40's. Unlike a lot of people in the reincarnation world, I got into this late and have had memories that I've pieced together for the last few months.
Glad to have found this page, seems like this is a good place to be!

Hello Maxie. Welcome to the forum. I certainly hope that you enjoy yourself here. Don't worry about "getting into things late". We remember when we are ready to do so after all. The first time that I recalled ever having lived before was when I was around 15 years of age, but it took me more than 10 years after that to awaken to my lifetime as Hans even though his lifetime is one of the ones that affects me the most in this life. I wasn't ready to face his life &, therefore, had no knowledge of it. So these things happen when they are meant to & are never "late". If you have any questions or concerns feel free to PM either or one of our other moderators Msmir & Lizzie66. Sincerely, Laurasia

Makes a lot of sense and can understand why now so I do agree! Especially when it comes to remembering lives such as WWII, as they can be traumatic to remember, no matter what side one was on. Looking forward to being a member!

I'm reminded of a quote that Gandalf from Lord of the Rings says at some point..."A wizard is never late; he arrives precisely when he means to," or something of that nature. I think it's like that with remembering past lifes, and coming to any sort of spiritual realization. No need to be hard on yourself. There aren't any hard and fast rules about when we "get" something, although it can certainly feel that way.
Welcome to the forum!

I'm reminded of a quote that Gandalf from Lord of the Rings says at some point..."A wizard is never late; he arrives precisely when he means to," or something of that nature. "A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to." I use this all the time. Try using it at work. That is always a kick. I am sadly being serious. Haha. Anyways, yes, I agree! Welcome! No rush or pressure. It would seem you are in good company here.

Hello Maxie :-)
Welcome to SR. Yes, I have to concur with everyone else and say that past lives often reveal themselves in later life, though we may have had inklings as children, but not pieced it all together until adulthood. I think that may be deliberate, as dealing with the trauma of any life connected to the Third Reich is going to be hard-going, a young child just couldn't process the information and deal with it. It took me until I was 45 (last year) before I discovered my life as Emil, its only when I look back over my life, that it all makes perfect sense, though when I was younger I didn't have know any of the specifics.
I hope you enjoy your time here and we look forward to hearing more about your story, if you want to share it on the boards :-)

Wow! Thanks all for your welcomes! Nomadicsoul and Stormflux- I love the quote! So true! Thank you for your advice, which will be heeded! Lizzie66- Thanks to you also! What you say, makes so much sense and I would agree! A child shouldn't have to remember certain things, and as adult I think we would handle them better. Again- Thank you for all of your welcomes!
