I found this link which I thought was very interesting and thought I would share. www.realitysandwich.com/astrology_ayahuasca_and_reincarnationI am a big believer in the multidimensional self and the integration of aspects into the whole self so we can clear karma and become whole and balanced for the next transitional step in consciousness and the shift. In fact I am convinced we are having to work through a lot more emotions at a faster pace due to the wider spiritual situation. It's probably very necessary that we process what can sometimes seem like a confusing paradox of memories/emotions and experiences relating to past life aspects and how they manifest in our lives because of the nature of understand duality, which is the key, (so I have been led to believe from my own experience), to becoming the balanced whole self aware soul that will continue on its evolutionary path. Things are about to get even more interesting so be prepared for the unexpected in your journeys and remember to be kind to yourselves on the way. We all get downers at times but for every downer we hopefully find a stronger sense of resilience and understanding of our true nature when we start to come out of the tunnel.

Wow - that is a fascinating article, I've felt in recent years as you know, that reincarnation is more complex than just a linear 'progression' towards some sort of vague annihilation of the ego, with an implacable system of reward and punishments for 'good and bad' deeds. I think for starters, here we've established that 'karma' is restorative justice to quote from you :-) and not about tormenting the wrongdoer in his/her next life, but allowing the soul of the perpetrator to balance the books by being able to act from the heart at sometimes an exceptional level. Perhaps some victims go into lives and act out bullying attitudes, just so that soul can put themselves in the shoes of a PL perpetrator and restore another form of balance. As I say, I think the soul NEEDS to literally eat the s**t of human experience in order to know that nothing and no one is abhorrent in the eyes of the Creator, its a hard concept to explain, but I experienced it as a Gnosis, a moment when I penetrated behind the veil of ordinary consciousness and found the most perfect, unconditional love. LOL - I'm sure I've rattled on about that a few times to you already, but I guess it seemed relevant to mention it in the context of this, as I think this is the 'duality' he speaks of. I also saw on one of my Shamanic journeys, how the soul if viewed from 'above' as it were, is like a huge 5th dimensional galaxy, this would be the 'higher self' in its purest energy form and from it, countless tendrils penetrate into the 3rd dimension and experience flesh, from this perspective, there is no time, all lives being fed by the soul are happening simultaneously. This is the 'central sun' the part of us that is actually shifting I think, it may well be simply putting more of itself into our present bodies because we live in a time historically where ideas about spirituality and consciousness are evolved enough for us to make this evolutionary leap. Then one has to consider ideas in quantum physics about parallel universes and the possibility of numerous outcomes being played out in other existences, just in one lifetime! Really its mind-boggling to even think about it! I imagine if one were to go into a higher dimension and view the 'soul' it would be even more complex and multifaceted than we can imagine. In the end I sincerely believe that existence is about self-discovery, going deeper and deeper towards the God self, God I think loves to play and is the Creatorix supreme, 'God' experiences itself through us :-)

The dramas we remember are the ones that, to some extent, we're currently living through again. That is a very interesting point.
First of all, nobody really knows if time is linear, but to our waking consciousness it somehow appears so. In my opinion our self is a number of layers of different experiences, divine and hellish alike, and we chose which ones we want to enliven by putting our attention on them. The past life characters are some parts of our own self which has to get integrated and learned about.. in the end we realize that we are wholeness, all of it. There is nothing that we are not, and therefore, we can realize the Absolute. Because of this infinite flexibility of our nervous system we are able to experiencing good and evil alike, and if our system wasn't so flexible, we would not be able to gain enlightenment, because it requires an infinite flexibility to experience infinity. My past life characters all have got their own personalities, physiology, states of consciousness different from my own and are working themselves out through me.
And yes I agree on the victim-perpetrator thing seems to be like a ball being played back and forth, as the Vedic literature talks about, the cycle of karma, which keeps the soul in bondage until one realizes cosmic consciousness (until the nervous system becomes accustomed to maintain two opposite states at the same time: the awareness of never changing Being and ever changing Relative, and thus realizing that Self is separate from activity which is not Self but merely carried out by the gunas (energies) of Nature, by this attaining liberation from both good and evil, the cycle of births and deaths).
In my opinion... PL perpetrator was a victim in some previous incarnation, and PL victim was a perpetrator earlier, so these two are two aspects of the same thing, the only difference being an actual point of time!
