Well, you have some options, I think:
1) tell the truth (after scouting out your roommate to see if she's cool with it, of course) 2) semi-truth ("Sorry if this bothers you, but I'm warning you, I talk in my sleep. Kinda funny, but it's in German! Wild, huh?") 3) Lie (say the above, but give a made-up excuse for it... "I'm taking German classes." "My grandma spoke German to me growing up and told us stories." "I watch a lot of German movies.")
Let your conscience be your guide.

Hi Rosenrot. I'm sorry to hear that you are having such issues with nightmares. You could use amethyst (meditate with it, place it under or inside or your pillowcase) to try & calm the nightmares. Likewise you could place a pouch with betony, anise, & an amethyst stone under or inside of your pillowcase. You could drink chamomile tea (if you are not allergic to ragweed) before bed as well. Deep down though I think that, given the source of the nightmares, it may be most effective for you to actively work through & meditate on these nightmares more than anything else. Nightmares, afterall, are a sign of issues that need to be resolved. Sincerely, Laurasia

Hi Rosenrot. I am very glad to hear that working through this issues (& especially with SS3's help) has been beneficial for you. As I mentioned previously, I suspected that would be the best way to truly deal with them. Keep up the good work & remember to keep us posted on what's going on with you, hon. Sincerely, Laurasia
