Hi Brotkrume.
Oh geez! I hope that everything works out with her dental work that she needs & the credit that she does have for it. I can absolutely understand her grief & frustration! I also have no dental coverage, yet frequently need dental work done. And the dentist is my GREATEST FEAR! Just the thought of needing to go to the dentist is enough to bring on a full-blown panic attack for me. Hopefully she will be done with all of this dental work soon!
Sincerely, Laurasia

Here in a brief window of coherency. Thank you all for your support.
In regards to the bodies, there are some things that make me cringe, but desquamation does not. It can be par for the course. That and full autopsies and full thickness skin donation look way worse before we get done with them.

We maxed the credit card and had to pay nearly 250 out of pocket. We have to contact the service provider as we've never received a bill or her card for it. Gotta love fluctuating housing and delayed mail forwarding. Still have received nothing from the forwarding from our last address and there should be tons and it's been 3 weeks and that postmaster said he forwarded it all over 2 weeks ago.

At least the post-op appointment I had today was free. They cut the suture out of my gum, as it was tearing my cheek up. They waited until now to tell me that my extraction ended up being a surgical and only now did he comment on the neighboring tooth and its problems. He didn't like that it's going to be canaled, but if I lose it, I have no lower molars on the left. I know it's my own fault and this is the tent I pitched, but at the same time, I think he's upset he doesn't get another $500 from me. If any other need pulled, he will NOT be doing it.
Thank you all for your support during this time. I even had job interviews following the extraction (pull on Tues., then interviews Thurs. [unsched.] and Fri. [Sched.]). The one from Thursday, even though I cut my pain meds., I can't remember half of and couldn't think of a question to ask of them. I also blew some questions. Both firms don't know if they're hiring and one I have competition from the class behind me. I'm afraid I'm no longer relevant, as my whole qualifications package is dated 2010.
Nonetheless, now to get the maxed out card paid, if I can ever get a statement in the mail. Will be calling them Monday morning.

I am sorry to hear all of this munchenruth. When it rains it sure pours, and I am sorry to hear about the interview, bad timing for sure. I will think good thoughts for you and believe you will find the right job at the right time. I know emotionally after all of this, you are understandably doing not so good but I hope there is physical improvement everyday.

Wow, I am sorry that you have had to go through all of this, especially with the dentist. There certainly are a lot of "medical professionals" out there who could not give a hoot about how a person can afford anything..all they see is money signs. Yeah, I would not give that dentist the time of day anymore. As for your job situation, I certainly understand where you are coming from in that regard. All I can tell you is to be persistent..never give up...someone will hire you when they see what an asset you would bring to their company. It will happen, you just have to have faith.

That's really terrible about that dental stuff. I understand not being able to pay for treatment you need, and I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. I hope now (considering the later date) it is okayish now.
Things I'd rather not remember...well, that's quite a long list. Anything in Bergen-Belsen pretty much, because that place was a black hole of misery, but probably the earliest thing I didn't want to remember (and it's still very foggy for me because it was so traumatic) was being in our provincial ghetto, and I witnessed my best friend since childhood be shot in the head, right in front of me.
WARNING: GRAPHIC AHEAD!
When it comes to handling the dead, I have indirect memories of that in the sense that one time I messed up big time and I ended up seeing a series my boyfriend's memories in small flashes. In that lifetime he was one of the Sonderkommando, and so I saw my (his) hand's grasping a wheelbarrow that I (he) was pushing somewhere, stacked with bodies, and I saw him dragging them out of the gas chamber and putting them on the lift that took them up to the crematorium ovens.
I really wasn't supposed to see that, though.

Hi Tucker.
You mean that you psychically picked up on his past life memories from the Holocaust?! Now that would suck & make seperating your own memories from his a real pain. I certainly hope that you are using some form of psychic shielding now to prevent such episodes from happening again.
Sincerely, Laurasia

I don't quite know how it happened, but I was able to see bits and pieces of his lifetime then. Not all the bad things, but it was disconcerting to say the least. It hasn't happened since then but I'm more diligent about protection, yes.

Hi Tucker.
Well it's good to hear that you are actively protecting against this now. I mean, wow! Trying to figure out our own past life things is tough enough without picking up on anyone else's. LOL!
Sincerely, Laurasia

I have indirect memories of that in the sense that one time I messed up big time and I ended up seeing a series my boyfriend's memories in small flashes. Wow. It does happen though. In basic training I was moved several times - apparently because in every room I was in people started having 'bad dreams'. The only girl who didn't seem to mind was able to shield herself. One of my roommates only made it a grand total of one night before she requested a transfer stating that she'd been unable to sleep because of what she was seeing in her dreams - I'd feel so horrible if what she saw was my past life although in all likely-hood that's what it was. No one should see stuff like that. Glad you figured out how to counter it though.

The memories that I hate to remember are about the bombing, to have been a civilian in a Germany city which was pulverized by constant air strikes. I have so many dreams about fires, explosions, of running out of breath, my lungs filled with the choking smoke. This was the ultimate loss of war, to see your city and home crumble before you. So many Germans lived through this shock, it is surprising that more people don't come forward with these memories. Everyone who wakes up at night, gasping for air, after dreaming about explosions, fires, smoke, and buidlings falling down, have probably been in a German city that was bombed in WWII. Most people don't want to remember, and they shake off the dreams as frivolous. I understand why most people don't want to remember.
