I have been following the case, and I am dumbfounded how the jury found her to be NOT guilty! I honestly do not care what the verdict is, SHE is guilty! You can see it in her actions, her behaviors, and how her mother covered up for her... but I guess it was still "circumstancial" according to the jury! I know Casey is as guilty as sin, RIP Caylee.

OK, I admit I haven't been following the case, but that really is unbelievable. She was the primary caregiver of her child, and that child died at her hands. To call that "circumstantial", I bet there was some sort of bribing done on Casey's lawyer's behalf. Why does this sick sh*t happen and people get off easy, and yet we have tons of other people who don't deserve a life sentence behind bars just 'cause they want enough money to get health care? This is really sick and unbelievable. I'm fully against Casey walking away from this without thinking long and hard about where her conscience is! Now I just pray she doesn't do more sick sh*t like this to any other kid within her vicinity...

I have only read a little bit about this case as it wasn't covered widely here. There is something about this case which reminds me of that Penny Boudreau case, where the Mum killed the daughter because she wanted to party with her man.
OMG, how can any woman kill her own child? I just do not understand it.......
I certainly do not understand how anyone could kill their child for a man. Kill their man for their child maybe, lol, (joking of course)..... yes you can tell how much I value men, ha ha!! I always thought one has the man to get the kid...? Well, some people are lucky and get a nice guy who is worth knowing intimately, but I sure as heck haven't met many of them!

Well I guess the reason she got the "not guilty" verdict was because there were too many holes in the case. Too much circumstancial evidence but not enough black and white evidence. It was due to the body not having any DNA left for testing when it was found. Then again at times they could convict someone of murder even if the body has not been found! Makes sense doesn't it?
