Well in a sense that is a good thing - I mean, even if they should catch the rest of the so-called war criminals and try them in their dilapidated state (which they often are), then what? What are they going to do with the rest of the anger they may have?
I think Israel's got bigger problems and better priorities than catching old men who are not often in good health.
And I know people can go on and on ranting and raving about 'justice' - which, my response, would be the first statement I said above...What are you going to do with all the anger and resentment then?
My point is - killing/executing a war criminal is just a 'quick fix' as far as 'satisfaction' in seeing justice carried out is concerned. They'll still have to deal with all that anger and resentment long after the corpse has since been rotted away.
