So Miss Bothmann & I are leaving tomorrow for our annual Christmas shopping trip on which we finish up our Christmas shopping (hopefully! ). We've been looking forward to it for some time now & have lots of great shopping & dining planned. We'll be gone for about a week, but I should be able to get onto the forum at least once during our trip. ;D Sincerely, Laurasia

Yes, I too will be gone for a while, absent from the web from just before Christmas to just after New Year. Happy Holidays, y'all.

Take care too McCoy That's good to hear Laurasia For me the holidays are nothing but a side show - to the point of being completely irrelevant in my life (as I have no true family, etc.) So it is nice to hear that there are those who are enjoying the season.

Oh Prien!!! That actually made me sad a bit! My family celebrated the "commercial aspects" of Christmas rather than the true meaning behind the season (& no I'm not necessarily speaking about Christ here - though there's nothing wrong with what He stands for either - I'm talking about people behaving humanely to each other). That being said Prien........~huge Christmas hugs wrapped in tinsel & twinkly lights~ Sincerely, Laurasia

Aw thanks Right back to you too. I guess I'll just have to wait until I'm reunited with my wife...or sister...someone who was romantically connected with me back then.
