That's a better way of putting it - my responding to 'lesser known' minerals and perhaps more than most. The only thing I can attribute to that is the specific circumstances surrounding my situation. Kind of like 'keys' - this stone is this type of 'key' that works for this specific situation 'key-hole'. I don't know how else to put it I guess.
I only recently found out about the Shungite one, which was earlier this month if I remember right. And what made me want to give it a try was the part about the Shadow, but also that in one site I had read something like it acting like a 'black hole' that 'sucks' all the 'negative' stuff away obliterating it.
There aren't many stones that I've had such a strong reaction to, this one I did. I could probably name on one hand stones that I've had a strong reaction to the moment I touched them.

Do you have any idea about Crystal Skulls and how they can affect recall of past lives? I have always rather imagined that crystal can trigger and also record thought, feeling and consciousness. That it is able to hold information until some later time when it can be accessed/activated. This would explain why these lost Crystal Skulls from antiquity are so sought after and indeed shrouded in mystery and legends of hidden knowledge.
I have a very beautiful clear, exquisitley carved Indian Crystal skull which cost me around $600 a number of years ago. It is only small but it is since I had this skull that I am finding it easier to access my past life memories. It also seems to have changed colour slightly and become a bit cloudy. I completely cleansed it when it first arrived and now I am wondering if it helped to first trigger me and is now absorbing things from my consciousness and recording them? I do not know enough about all this stuff, and I would like to know more, but I do wonder about my lovely little skull.
