This is a method I have been working with lately and I rather like it. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and other brainwave entrainment tones help immensely at programming the brainwaves for any number of tasks, including past life recollection. Obviously, you have to pay for most of these tracks. Monroe's Hemi Sync products are popular for many different uses. I haven't connected well to this as I don't like guided meditations (the ones I've tried) but a lot of people connect with this. Brain Sync is another good one. While these two don't offer tracks for PL recollection specifically, the kind of meditative soundscapes presented by many of the tracks create a good environment for remembering, as well as moving your brainwaves to a state most conducive for this type of work. As for free tones to try out, download, and use in your meditations, here are some of my favorites: Iso-tones (I have had the most success with this.) Brainwave Generator (Free to download and try out for a month, includes sample presets.) Other methods I have found that work well is to meditate while playing a singing bowl. I have a quartz singing bowl that I use, but the Tibetan metal ones are great for this purpose as well.

Thank you for sharing these with us Iseke.
I have had little luck with many of the "new age" musical compositions I've come across that are supposed to help with such things because I simply find them too synthetic. I have a great deal of success with actual traditional music from various regions/religions though. It seems that whenever somone tries to go for an "authentic feel" with the music that they muck it up. I guess that many people are able to use such things successfully though, so it's nice to have ot available for them.
Sincerely, Laurasia

Music is interesting, I can't meditate AT ALL with music as it is too distracting.
