I just had to start a thread and gush about how much I am loving our early spring this year. I live in the upper Midwest, and we usually do not even see grass until well into late April-early May. 2 and a half weeks ago, I was shovelling 18 uinches of snow and the truck got stuck in the driveway..now, there is no snow left on the ground and I am loving it! ;D

Happy Equinox! There seemed to be a beautiful energy around in general today.

Indeed, I hope that everyone had a beautiful Equinox. And, yes Miss Bothmann, even I (winter-lover as I am) have to admit that the weather has been beautiful here & I am okay with the snow being gone now. I mean we are hitting days now where the temperature is more than double what our average highs should be! Though I do have to say that getting into the 80s already is a bit ridiculous. I certainly hope that things will even back out before we start hitting days where we should be at those temperatures or else we are in for one hell of a hot summer.....which I do not like. Again, winter-lover here.
After all, one can always put on another layer of clothing if need be; you can only take off so many. LMAO! The weather has been gorgeous though & I know that local Pagans are very happy to be able to actually do their workings outdoors this early in the year. It's definitely not the norm up here!
Sincerely, Laurasia

Everyone has been commenting on the hot weather Laurasia, its not nearly as hot here in the UK, but its been very dry and sunny for the time of year and mild, if not sweltering. Our summers though have been wash-outs in the UK in recent years, lovely springs and then rain and cloud for most of the summer! Hope you had a good Equinox too hun :-)
