Proboards Quirks

I thought I'd give this a generic title so that people in the future with little navigation issues, etc, could post here instead of keep opening new threads and such and cluttering.

Clutter...ach, nein.

Anyways, so I am new to Proboards, and am familiar with just about EVERY OTHER forum host. And so I am not sure how to do a lot of coding things which are irrelevant here and so do not matter. However I am having an issue on this particular proboards site with an inability to access my PM inbox. I can send messages by clicking other member's profiles but that is the only way I can. I cannot view my messages after or even view my normal inbox.

I noticed it doesn't appear at the top as it does on other sites and was wondering if this site had this setting set up on purpose or if I am just being blind and slow to adapt.

So to answer my own question, the messages are under the total member count, and the spot where it says newest member.

I won't delete this though in case anyone has trouble in the future or wants to add to the thread as I mentioned before.

They changed the looks now it's so hard to read!

Hi Demi.

I know! I put off having them update the forum to v5 for as long as I could (almost a year), but they have now done it & even I am having a little trouble navigating. It took me quite a while to realize where the particular setting was just to get the forums banner back up on display! So hopefully we can all take our time with this & figure it out together.

Of course if you have any questions or issues with this new version let me know & I'll see what I can find out for you.

Yeah, there are a few changes. Messages are on top banner now.
I figured out to zoom in my browser, so now I can read it, fortunately.
Maybe with the new version it's gonna be more difficult for the spammers.
